Darcy Callas will retire from Modern Woodmen of America's board, effective April 1.

Callas was appointed to the board in 2006, when she was also named general counsel.

Lester Bohnert, who oversees the company's compliance department, will fill the board position. He will also succeed Callas as general counsel, effective April 1.
