Globe Trade Centre obtains €200M refinancing for Polish mall

Globe Trade Centre SA secured an investment loan facility of up to €200 million from Bank Pekao SA to refinance its Galeria Pólnocna mall in Warsaw.

Tenants at the 64,600-square-meter shopping and entertainment center, which opened in September, include Forever 21, Cinema City, H&M and the LPP Group.

Bank Pekao SA had originally granted the company a construction loan facility of up to €116 million, according to a release.
