Arizona Mining drilling expands mineralization by 1,700 feet at Hermosa

Arizona Mining Inc. said Dec. 21 that recent exploration drilling focused on the Taylor deposit on its Hermosa property in Arizona expanded mineralization by 1,700 feet to the southwest of resources.

The step-out drill hole intersected three zones of mineralization and returned 32 feet grading 12.21% zinc, 8.19% lead, 2.25 ounces per short ton of silver and 0.69% copper, including a 17-foot subinterval grading 22.04% zinc, 14.75% lead, 3.79 oz/t silver and 1.21% copper.

Arizona Mining is working on a preliminary economic assessment for Hermosa, which is anticipated late in the first quarter of 2017.
