Chiba Kogyo Bank to reduce capital by ¥6B

Chiba Kogyo Bank Ltd. will reduce its capital by ¥6 billion by reclassifying the amount of money to capital surplus. The move will be made in conjunction with its planned issuance of ¥6 billion preferred shares.

The change will take effect between Jan. 22 and Oct. 28, 2017.

As of Dec. 15, US$ was equivalent to ¥118.38.
