Banco Patagonia plans 35.9M Argentine pesos capital increase

Banco Patagonia SA said it plans to raise its capital stock by up to 35.9 million Argentine pesos through the issuance of up to 35.9 million new common class B shares.

The proposal will be on the agenda at a shareholders' meeting scheduled for June 21, according to a regulatory filing dated June 5.

As of June 5, US$1 was equivalent to 16.05 Argentine pesos.
