BlackRock amends credit agreement

BlackRock Inc.and certain of its subsidiaries on April 8 entered into an amendment to its five-yearrevolving credit agreement with Wells Fargo Bank NA as administrative agent, swinglinelender, issuing lender, letter of credit agent and a lender, and certain banks andother financial institutions.

According to a Form 8-K filed April 14, the amendment, amongother things, extends the maturity date of the revolving facility to March 31, 2021,without utilizing BlackRock's option to request extensions of the maturity dateavailable under the existing credit agreement; adds Citibank NA as an additionalswingline lender; increases the size of the swingline subfacility to $410.0 million;and amends certain of the financial definitions in the existing credit agreement.
