Authorised Investment Fund Ltd. further extended the closing date for its planned rights offering to Sept. 14 from Aug. 17.

The issue date for the offering was also extended to Sept. 21 from Aug. 24.

The company previously extended the closing date of the offering to August from July. The extension aims to allow eligible shareholders additional time to consider participation in the offer.

Under the planned offering, Authorised Investment Fund will issue 1 share for every share held. The company expects to raise up to A$6.6 million from the offering.
