Amazon.comInc. is working to launch its same-day delivery in Bronx, N.Y.,following complaintsthat the online retail giant was discriminating against the borough, BloombergNews reported May 1, citing Brian Huseman, Amazon's vice president of publicpolicy.

In a letter sent to Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz Jr.,and New York State Assemblyman Jeff Dinowitz, Huseman said the company is activelyworking to bring the delivery "service to the Bronx in the coming weeks."
