AmWINS GroupInc. has secured backing from Berkshire Hathaway Inc. unit for UnicornUnderwriting, its London-based managing general agent, to write motor fleetbusiness, the Insurance Journal reportedMarch 29.

Unicorn Underwriting will initially focus on specialistmotor fleet business, including U.K.-based passenger and road transportindustries, in addition to its existing property owners' facility, the reportnoted.
