Private equity firm Advent International Corp. acquired Brazilian auto parts distributor Rondobras for an undisclosed price, Reuters reported, citing the firm's statement.

Rondobras' outlets will be incorporated into Grupo Fortbras SA, the unlisted Brazilian auto parts retailer that Advent acquired in 2016, the newswire added.
