Mount Pleasant, Texas-based Guaranty Bancshares Inc.'s board declared a quarterly cash dividend of 17 cents per common share, up from the previous dividend of 15 cents.

The dividend is payable Jan. 9, 2019, to shareholders of record as of the close of business Dec. 26.
