Gary Haseley has joined the board of Rochester, N.Y.-based , effectiveimmediately, according to a Jan. 27 press release.

Haseley is a senior vice president and general manager of theKaman Direct Automation Control & Energy group.

The bank is a subsidiary of Greater Rochester Bancorp Inc.
