Tokyo Star Bank names 2 directors

Tokyo Star Bank Ltd. appointed Chen Jia-wen and Huang Yi as directors on its board, effective June 26.

Chen is president of Taiwan's CTBC Bank Co. Ltd., while Huang is deputy CEO for institutional and international banking at the Taiwanese lender.

They replace Tung Chao-chin and Huang Su-kuo.

Tokyo Star Bank and CTBC bank are units of CTBC Financial Holding Co. Ltd.
