EPCOR Water (USA) Inc. subsidiary EPCOR Water Arizona Inc. agreed to acquire Brooke Water LLC's assets and operations, including water rights, in La Paz County, Ariz.

Brooke has about 2,100 water customers, according to a May 13 news release. The transaction is subject to the approval of the Arizona Corporation Commission.

EPCOR USA, a subsidiary of Canada-based EPCOR Utilities Inc., provides service to about 665,000 people in 44 communities.
