Colony Bankcorp shareholders vote to raise directors' mandatory retirement age

Fitzgerald, Ga.-based Colony Bankcorp Inc. shareholders voted at the May 28 annual shareholder meeting to raise the mandatory retirement age for directors to 75 from 70.

Shareholders also voted to allow the board to change the company's bylaws without the need for shareholders' approval.
