B. Riley Financial Inc. raised its full year 2019 guidance to reflect better-than-expected results from its asset disposition and capital markets segments.
The company now expects attributable net income to range between $45 million and $60 million and adjusted EBITDA to range between $150 million and $170 million, up from its previous projections for net income of $39 million to $45 million and adjusted EBITDA of $115 million to $135 million.
B. Riley Financial plans to release its third quarter financial results in late October.
