Mangalam Industrial Finance Ltd. said that Anand Kumar Jain stepped down as CFO of the company, effective Aug. 13.

Jain stepped down due to personal reasons.

In addition, the company appointed R. K. Kankaria & Co. as its statutory auditors, replacing G.C. Bafna & Co., which resigned from the role.
