CareSource appointed Jeff Myers executive vice president of strategic and external relations. Most recently, he served as president and CEO of the Medicaid Health Plans of America, a national trade organization.

Lockton Cos. appointed Julie Gibson senior vice president, director of marketing, communications and external affairs. Previously, she worked at marketing company Global Prairie as client partnership director.

Property and casualty

Chubb Ltd. named Judy Gonsalves vice president of the Chubb group and division president of Bermuda, effective Oct. 17. She succeeds Joseph Clabby, who was named chairman of Chubb Bermuda. In this new role, Clabby will serve in an advisory role to Gonsalves and the Chubb Bermuda team.

Clabby will also join Chubb's North America field management leadership team, with a focus on product expansion, distribution and cross-sell initiatives in Chubb regions and branches.

Gonsalves currently serves as executive vice president and chief underwriting officer of Chubb Bermuda.
