Ardiden Ltd.completed the acquisitionof the Root Lakelithium project in Ontario from LandoreResources Ltd. unit LandoreResources Canada Inc., according to a July 26 statement.

Under the option deal, Ardiden will pay C$150,000 in cash andC$150,000 of its shares after the receipt of appropriate documentation fromLandore.

Ardiden said it has met the final payment of cash and issued7,596,238 of its shares to Landore.

The company also issued 500,000 of its shares to aconsultant for services rendered related to the Root Lake acquisition.
