Missouri's Horizon State scheduled for summer merger into Bank Northwest

In Missouri, Horizon State Bank of Cameron is scheduled to merge into Hamilton-based Bank Northwest this summer, according to a regulatory filing recently obtained by S&P Global Market Intelligence.

It is being bought in an all-stock deal by Bank Northwest's parent, Caldwell County Bancshares Inc. Horizon will operate as a Caldwell stand-alone subsidiary until the combination.

Witt Hicklin & Snider PC, with Jennifer Snider as lead attorney, served as Caldwell's legal counsel in the transaction. For Osborn Bancshares Inc., it was Polsinelli PC.
