Oritani Financial chief lending officer to retire

Thomas Guinan is retiring as executive vice president and chief lending officer of Township of Washington, N.J.-based Oritani Financial Corp. and its subsidiary Oritani Bank.

The retirement takes effect Jan. 2, 2018.

Replacing Guinan as the bank's chief lending officer is Kurt Breitenstein of commercial lending.
