Anheuser-Busch InBev SA's subsidiary AB InBev UK Ltd. said March 25 the company changed its name to Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I.

The Budweiser-brewer Anheuser-Busch InBev SA also unveiled a few initiatives for the U.K. and Ireland, which include improving workplace diversity, brewing with renewable electricity and locally sourced barley and supporting smart drinking.

The Belgium-based company also plans to open a new headquarters in London.
