ShutterflyInc.'s board authorized the repurchase of up to $100 million of thecompany's common stock on April 21.

In an April 27 Form 8-K, the company said that this authorizationis in addition to previous authorizations that include $60 million on Oct. 24,2012, $100 million on Feb. 6, 2014 and $300 million on Feb. 9, 2015.
