Freddie Mac prices $1.27B offering of structured pass-through certificates

Freddie Machas priced an offering of approximately $1.27 billion of structured pass-throughcertificates backed exclusively by multifamily mortgages on seniors housing properties.

The certificates are expected to settle on or about July 28.The certificates are backed by corresponding classes from the FREMF 2016-KS05 MortgageTrust and guaranteed by Freddie Mac. The trust will also issue class B, C and Rcertificates, which will be subordinate to the classes backing the K-S05 certificatesand will not be guaranteed by Freddie Mac.

Wells Fargo Securities LLC and J. P. Morgan Securities LLC areco-lead managers and joint book runners for the offering. Goldman Sachs and Co.,Loop Capital Markets LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and PNC Capital Markets LLCare co-managers.
