AtlanticTele-Network Inc. closed on the acquisition of a controlling in KeyTech Ltd., aBermuda telecommunications company.

The deal brings together the Bermuda mobile service providerbehind the brand CellOne with KeyTech's Logic, which provides voice, broadband,and cable television services in Bermuda and the Cayman Islands.

Atlantic Tele-Network will consolidate the results ofKeyTech's operations in its "International Telecom" segment.
