Almadex Minerals' stake in Gold Mountain Mining falls to 9.8%

AlmadexMinerals Ltd. said July 7 that it lowered its stake in to9.8% with its disposition of 20 million Gold Mountain common shares by way of aprivate cash sale at 10 Canadian cents apiece, for gross proceeds of C$2million.

Almadex's stake represents ownership and control of6,750,000 Gold Mountain common shares. It used to own and control shares, or about38.8%, of Gold Mountain's issued common shares.
