Link Real Estate Investment Trust's manager said David Watt retired as an independent nonexecutive director, chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the finance and investment committee on Aug. 13.

The shopping center REIT's manager added that independent nonexecutive director Blair Pickerell succeeded Watt as the new chairman of the remuneration committee, and independent nonexecutive director Ed Chan Yiu Cheong joined that committee as a member, effective Aug. 14.
