The exerciseof the warrants increased the company's cash treasury to approximately C$13.8 millionand its outstanding share capital to 85,968,494 common shares.
According toAlmaden, its improved cash reserves will help rapidly advance the pre-feasibilityprogram to move the Ixtaca deposit at its Tuligtic gold-silver project in Mexico toward production.
The funds willalso support the project's exploration drill program, which will test both regionaland near-resource targets.
