Auckland, New Zealand-based Orion Health Group Ltd. signed an expanded agreement with Pennsylvania-based Keystone Health Information Exchange.

The subscription-based agreement, which adds to a prior deal between the two parties, allows Keystone to continue using Orion's platform to allow information sharing between healthcare providers.

Orion develops, sells and supports software in the healthcare information technology market. Keystone, managed by Danville, Pa.-based Geisinger Health System, is a provider of health information technology.
