Property developer McGowan Brothers Development Corp. LLC is looking to sell a six-property portfolio of mostly loft apartments in St. Louis for approximately $45.6 million, the St. Louis Business Journal reported.
The company is seeking $16 million from the sale of the Warehouse 7 property at 1227 Washington Ave. and about $8.4 million from the Rudman on the Park asset at 1228 Washington Ave. Other properties in the portfolio are Grace Lofts at 1324 Washington Ave., Terrace Lofts at 1300 Convention Plaza, LockerDome headquarters at 1314 Washington Ave. and the St. Louis Fitness Factory building and parking at 1220 Saint Charles St.
Sean McGowan of McGowan Brothers Development told the publication that the company does not intend to leave the area and will continue to operate its other businesses if their buildings are also sold.
