Quality Houses PCL's board named Apinya Jarutrakulchai as a new director in place of Suang Chaisurote, effective Aug. 10.

The board also declared an interim dividend for the six-month operation period ended June 30 at 8 Thai satang per share.

The dividend will be paid Sept. 7 to eligible shareholders as determined Aug. 27.

As of Aug. 9, US$1 was equivalent to 33.18 Thai baht.
