Swiss Re Americas on April 11 announced new leaders in its U.S.property and casualty markets, which will now have three managing director positions.

Keith Wolfe will be continue to lead the regional and nationalteam and take on the role of president of SwissReinsurance America Corp.

Seth Ruff will lead the divisional client executives team responsiblefor overall relationships with large clients and will lead client market underwriters,which handles the brokered treaty business for large and global clients. He willtake on the role of president of Swiss Re Underwriters Agency Inc.

Ute Michaelsen will lead all facultative teams, direct and brokered,in the U.S. and Canada. She was previously the broker executive for Swiss Re UnderwritersAgency.

These appointments are effective May 2.

Bill Donnell, who previously was president of Swiss Re Americas'U.S. property and casualty markets business, left to become president and CEO ofthe National Council on Compensation Insurance.
