CareSource has named Erhardt Preitauer its next CEO, succeeding founding CEO and President Pamela Morris, who will retire in May 2018.

Preitauer will join the company May 1 and will work directly with Morris for a few weeks to ensure a smooth transition, the company said.

Preitauer is currently CEO of Horizon NJ Health, New Jersey's largest Medicaid plan.
