JSCKazkommertsbank on April 14 named a trio of new managing directors,replacing those whosedepartures were announced a day earlier.
Mirzhan Karakulov will supervise risk management, havingearlier worked with Kazakhstan's Samruk-Kazyna wealth fund during the 2008-2009crisis years and having previously served as deputy CEO of the Development Bankof Kazakhstan.
Murat Suleimenov was appointed CFO of the bank. He haspreviously worked with the National Bank of Kazakhstan as head of currency andgold reserves and the national fund. Askar Darmenov will beresponsible for supervising security and IT security as well as internalcontrol, including the same areas in the branches and subsidiaries of the bank.
