SynacorInc. won an agreement to offer portal services to customers.

The deal is expected to generate $100 million a year inrevenues after the full deployment of products in 2017, Synacor said in a newsrelease. Initial product deployment will occur in the second quarter, whilebroader services are scheduled to begin deployment in the fourth quarter.

Under the agreement, Synacor will develop and manage desktopand mobile portal services to drive user engagement, and monetize them viasearch and advertising.
