Facebook Inc.'sboard recommended that stockholders vote against five stockholder proposals tobe presented at a June 20 annual meeting.

According to an April 27 preliminary proxy statement, thestockholder proposals are about equal shareholder voting, an annualsustainability report, an annual lobbying report that details all the directand indirect lobbying activities of the company, the formation of aninternational public policy committee, and a report on gender pay equity.
