Domino's Pizza Enterprises Ltd. said Oct. 18 that Paul Cave will retire as non-executive director of the company, effective Nov. 7.

Cave has been a director of Domino's since 2005.

The company has initiated a search for Cave's replacement.

Domino's also said it plans to seek shareholder approval for an increase in the director fee pool in preparation for one or more board additions.
