CBS Corp. has retained advisory and communications firm Rally to consult on the distribution of the $20 million that it pledged to allocate to organizations dedicated to ensuring safe work environments and eliminating sexual harassment in the workplace.
CBS Corp. has set aside $120 million in possible severance compensation for Les Moonves, contingent upon the results of an ongoing investigation of alleged sexual misconduct by the programmer's former chairman, president and CEO.
The $20 million contribution is part of CBS' separation agreement with Moonves, who resigned in September.
