Broad Gate Q3 profit climbs YOY

Broad Gate SA said its third-quarter normalized net income came to 6 groszy per share, a gain from 2 groszy per share in the prior-year period.

Normalized net income, which excludes unusual gains or losses on a pre- and after-tax basis, was 685,610 zlotys, a gain from 213,600 zlotys in the prior-year period.

The normalized profit margin rose to 62.9% from 1.7% in the year-earlier period.

Total revenue decreased 91.1% year over year to 1.1 million zlotys from 12.2 million zlotys, and total operating expenses decreased 97.6% from the prior-year period to 285,740 zlotys from 11.9 million zlotys.

Reported net income rose year over year to 1.3 million zlotys, or 11 groszy per share, from 7,290 zlotys, or 0 groszy per share.

As of Nov. 13, US$1 was equivalent to 3.95 zlotys.
