Cenkos Securities PLC completed the acquisition of Smith & Williamson Holdings Ltd.'s nominated adviser and corporate broker division.

Following the completion of the deal, 12 clients of the business were transferred to Cenkos Securities, while a team of six people joined the company's corporate finance department.
