Alliance Data Systems Corp.'s card services business signed an agreement to provide private-label credit card services for U.S. Retail segment of Carter's Inc., a branded marketer of apparel for babies and young children.

The program includes the creation of a data-driven credit card program that will integrate with Carter's existing rewards program, Rewarding Moments.

Carter's brands include Carter's, OshKosh B'gosh and Skip Hop.
