Paycom Software Inc. saw the largest decrease in short interest relative to shares outstanding among SNL-covered financial services companies between Sept. 15 and Sept. 29.

The company saw short interest drop 500 basis points to 13.52% of shares outstanding at the end of the period.

Medallion Financial Corp. topped the list of most shorted financial services companies between Sept. 15 and Sept. 29. The company saw short interest rise 7 basis points to 25.86% of shares outstanding.
