Facebook Inc. on Dec. 13 unveiled a website that seeks to help ensure the online safety of parents and their children.

The Parents Portal, which is available in more than 55 languages, offers instructional videos and other basic information to assist parents in their children's social experience online. The portal also provides connections with online safety advocacy groups.
