Oleg Smirnov was appointed chairman of the board at VTB Bank (Armenia) CJSC.

The executive joined the lender's Russian parent VTB Bank PJSC in November 2018 and serves as member of its management board in charge of digital business, international retail business, customer service, retail network management, car loans and mortgages.

Smirnov was also appointed chairman of the supervisory board at JSC VTB Bank (Georgia) in April.
