CenterPoint Properties buys Seattle industrial portfolio for $73M

Industrial property developer CenterPoint Properties Trust acquired a two-building, 342,869-square-foot portfolio in Seattle.

The Puget Sound Business Journal valued the transaction at $73 million, citing King County documents, and said the sellers were general partnerships led by Seattle resident Larry Russak.

The buildings, which sit on 11.58 acres at 5900 and 5960-5990 1st Ave. South, are fully leased to seven tenants.
