The company appointed Eric Lilford, who was COO in November 2015, asmanaging director.
Christian Cordier, a qualified accounted who has heldexecutive and nonexecutive director positions in listed and private companies,was named nonexecutive director.
Meanwhile, Charles Schaus retired as chairman and StephenBrockhurst resigned as director.
Adrian Byass, the previous managing director, took over thevacated chairman post.
Plymouth entered into a binding heads of agreement in October2015 to acquire Equatorial PotashPty. Ltd., which holds two exploration permit applications in Gabonwith subsidiary Mayumba Potasse SARL.
