Lancaster, Pa.-based Fulton Bank NA named Susan Lonergan regional president for the Philadelphiamarket and the surrounding area, including Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomerycounties.

Lonergan, who has 30 years of banking experience, mostrecently served as small-business strategy and planning executive forBank of America Corp.,according to an Oct. 10 news release.

Bank of America Merrill Lynch appointed MargetO'Brien business banking market manager for western Pennsylvania, the Pittsburgh Business Times reported Oct.10.

O'Brien most recently served as senior vice president inbusiness banking, based in Hartford, Conn., according to the report.


Randy Jordan was elected to the board of Lubbock,Texas-based WesternBank, a unit of Circle I Bank Group Inc., Bankers Digest reported Oct. 10.

Jordan, who will also serve as market president for Lubbock,has more than 40 years of banking experience, according to the publication.


Security StateBank & Trust named Suzan Gallion senior vice president andassistant CFO, Bankers Digestreported Oct. 10.

Gallion began her banking career in 1982 in Houston,according to the report.
