Evercore Partners issues senior notes

Evercore PartnersInc. on March 30 issued $170 million aggregate principal amount of seniornotes, according to a Form 8-K filed March 31.

The company issued $38 million aggregate principal amount ofits 4.88% series A senior notes due 2021, $67 million aggregate principal amountof its 5.23% series B senior notes due 2023, $48 million aggregate principal amountof its 5.48% series C senior notes due 2026 and $17 million of its 5.58% seriesD senior notes due 2028.

Interest on the notes will be payable March 30 and Sept. 30 ofeach year, beginning Sept. 30.

The company intends to use a portion of the net proceeds fromthe issue and sale of the notes to repay outstanding debt under its term loan withMizuho Bank Ltd. and to reduce the level of debt under the current line of creditwith First Republic Bank. The remaining net proceeds will be used for general corporatepurposes.
