Reliance Global Group acquires software-based referral program

Reliance Global Group Inc. acquired software-based referral program The Referral Depot, a subsidiary of US Benefits Alliance.

Reliance Global had inked an exclusive partnering agreement with the referral program in November 2018.

Reliance Global Group CEO Ezra Beyman in a statement said his company is now offering the software without charge. It will be rolled out "aggressively" throughout the U.S., he added.

Additionally, the company announced that its audited financial statements for Dec. 31, 2018, as well as the additional audits required for individual agencies, remain on schedule for completion within the year. Upon completion, Reliance Global Group will again become an SEC reporting company.
