Insperity Inc.said April 4 that Eli Jones decided not to stand for re-election to the company'sboard and to retire from the board upon the expiration of his term at the company's2016 annual meeting of stockholders.
The board has not yet set the date for the 2016 annual meeting.
Jones, who has served on the board since 2004, cited the demandsof his recent appointment as dean of the Mays Business School at Texas A&M Universityin announcing his resignation.
